All ready to ship items will ship within 3-5 business days. Preorder items will take 7-14 business days. Business days are Monday thru Friday. We are closed on the weekends.

It depends on the item. For boutique items, it will depend on if I can order them thru the vendor again. For handmade graphic items, most likely; yes.

Returns are available for in store credit only. All returns must be sent back within 10 days of receiving your item. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Clearance items are FINAL SALE. Items must not have been worn, no smells to them, and no pet hair. If you return something and it has been worn/smells/has pet hair on it, you will not receive a credit and must pay for it to be shipped back to you.

Once I have received the item in the mail and have checked to make sure it wasn't worn or damaged, you will receive a gift card code thru your email.
